Cookie Notice

1.Purpose of this Notice

1.1This Notice is given by Ars Amorata International SRL (the “Controller”) pursuant to Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004, implementing Directive 2002/58/EC, and pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

1.2It sets out the cookies and equivalent technologies employed by WWZS at wwzs.zanperrion.com (the “Service”) and the purposes for which they are employed.

2.Definition

2.1A cookie is a small text file placed upon the terminal equipment of a user by a website. Equivalent technologies include local storage and session storage. References in this Notice to cookies include such equivalent technologies.

3.Cookies employed

3.1The Service employs only cookies which are strictly necessary for the provision of the service expressly requested by the user, which are placed without consent as permitted by Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004. They are:

1. the login cookies set by the Service’s login provider, which keep a Member signed in and expire when he logs out or after a period of inactivity; and
2. local storage within the browser, which may hold certain display preferences and is not sent to the Controller.

3.2The Service employs no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party advertising or social media technologies.

4.Third-party content

4.1The typefaces of the Service are served by Google Ireland Limited by means of Google Fonts, which receives the user’s internet protocol address in order to deliver them, and is governed in that respect by its own privacy policy.

5.Browser controls

5.1All commonly used browsers permit the user to refuse, restrict or delete cookies. The blocking of the cookies described at clause 3.1 will prevent the user from logging in.

7.Amendment

7.1The Controller may amend this Notice from time to time. The version in force is that published upon this page, bearing the date above.
